The joint venture operating under the Evli Alexander management label combines Alexander's experience in corporate services and Evli's competence in providing personal services to companies and their employees. These include extensive back-office, helpdesk and book-entry register services, IFRS2 accounting & reporting, share plan hedging and financing and efficient brokerage and trading.

Through the joint venture the clients will - for the first time - have access to the entire chain, from planning and issuing of incentives to the management and realization of stock options and share incentives, with the added benefit of help desk services to their emplyees.
